After fixing issues with customer care team, things got back in order. I could finally get my device and I can review to after some days of using it.
I have to say that the product is excellently packed and comes in a really nice paper-made box and instructions.
Everything is well wrapped, really nice organized inside the box and everything is intuitive and clearly explained.
I really love the vibrating feedback you get every time you open or close the device, pull in or pull out the liquid inside de device and the light indicator works really well. The product is really well designed it fells a quality product and is really well manufactured and finished. I have received it with three flavors: green grape, sea breath and northern cedar and I have started trying the green grape. It tastes good and has a well freshness explosion once you mist it in your mouth but it is not highly invasive (maybe a little more fresh-sensation would be better in my opinion) but it is at the end a great sensation.
I have to say that the product has impressed me and has exceeded my expectations. I do recommend it and will keep buying the refills for the moment.
Terrible costumer support. I made the purchase more than one month ago and still not received it. Checking delivery number says “not found” and nobody answers the mails.

I enjoy using this and the fact that it comes with 4 different flavors is also great! It is very simple to use and you can just spray it after any meal that you eat, definitely a great buy!
It feels very luxurious and the device definitely freshens your breath. I really love the flavors while my partner doesn't like them at all. Most of them have a nice grape flavor. It's very intuitive and easy to use. It vibrates when you remove the cap and when you "trigger" it. The amount of spray coming out depends on how long you press the button. It comes with 4 different flavors. Even though the description says "no chemicals" etc, the ingredient list seems quite long to me (see second picture). Overall, it works pretty well on refreshing your mouth/breath.

The concept is good - but the device is faulty
Half the time if doesn't work the way it's supposed to and you can't turn it off, if the button gets bumped while not in use it's spraying inside the cap making a mess and clogging the device. The pods run through WAY too quick
I recently purchased this oral mouth spray device and overall it works great. It delivers a fine, even mist and feels comfortable to use, making it a convenient option for quick oral care. The build quality seems solid and it performs exactly as expected. My only small complaint is that the instruction manual could have been a bit clearer—some steps weren’t explained very well. Once I figured it out, though, the device worked perfectly and I’m very happy with it.

A big minus is that the orange nozzle for the refill is missing. If you send refills, the assumption is that the consumer will be able to use them without having to order an extra part afterwards.

I think it's a great concept but I think your engineering team needs some work on the button it constantly goes off in my pocket and I take the cap off and it's all sticky that's dry while I'm driving or if I'm out anywhere sitting down having dinner I feel like going off in my pocket so something needs to be done with the button but other than that I like it
