Processing time: Please allow 1–2 business days for order fulfillment before dispatch.

How will my order be shipped?

Depending on your location, we will select the carrier that best serves our customers for free shipping orders.

For Express Shipping, we typically ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or TNT, depending on your location.

I ordered more than one item. Will they be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all items arrive together. However, some products may ship separately due to different shipping options or fulfillment locations. Once an item ships, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I change the delivery address after my order has shipped?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping address once the package is en route.
