You may return your package within 14 days of receiving it with its original packaging and condition.

Due to our products being highly related to personal hygiene, all used items are not returnable.

Wrong order / mistake sent by ZDERRLAB.COM will be fully exchanged and returned with NO additional charge. With return/refund for other reasons, buyers are subject to shipping fee.

Due to high shipping and logistics costs, large pieces of our product such as Foot Bath Massage Tub cannot be returned or exchanged without an adequate reason. Please take this into consideration before placing an order.
